Appomattox Satellite Center: This project involved the renovation of an elementary school that was no longer occupied. The space was renovated to house a satellite campus for Central Virginia Community College. The project included an asbestos abatement that was addressed by HDH Technical. A new mechanical system that included heating and air-condition was designed. Electrical and pluming was upgraded to meet current building codes and meet college requirements. The renovation included designing for current ADA, fire and life safety requirements.
