| Mr.
Joe F. Hale is President of HDH Associates, P.C. and
HDH Technical, Inc. Mr. Hale has over 47 years experience
in the architectural/engineering and construction industry.
He is a member of the Roof Consultants Institute and
is a past president of that organization. He was honored
with the distinction of being awarded "Fellow" by
the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI). Mr. Hale has
attended classes at the Medical College of Virginia
in Richmond, Virginia and asbestos licensing classes
at Georgia Tech. He is a Charter member of the VAC
(Virginia Asbestos Council) and is a visiting lecturer
for asbestos continuing education programs at the Medical
College of Virginia and an instructor for RCI Roofing
Education Programs. Among his other accomplishments,
Mr. Hale developed a curriculum for the Roof Consultants
Institute National Education Program and is a frequent
presenter for these programs.
