Robin Nixon's considerable knowledge and experience in
the asbestos and lead industries is invaluable to this
organization. Her duties include performing survey and
monitoring services, as well as project designs and developing
management plans. Mrs. Liebal has been largely responsible
for the coordination and administration of all major environmental
projects, overseeing an in-house staff of up to 12 technicians
and support personnel. Her supervisory and organizational
abilities have brought over 100 projects statewide, totaling
over $15,000,000.00 in construction costs, to successful
conclusion, delivered on time and within project budgets.
